Trauma support for victims of crime
We provide specialised trauma support for individuals who have experienced crime. Our team offers a safe and supportive space to process your experiences and begin the journey toward healing.
We can also assist with preparing mental health reports for the Victims of Crime Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) to help you access the support and resources you need.

Our fees vary from $190 to $240 depending on the therapist and the referral stream. Please contact reception for more information on fees.

Medicare
If you have a referral from a GP or a psychiatrist for a Mental Health Treatment Plan you will be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.
After we have processed your payment we can process your rebate for you via our online system. Medicare advises us that these funds will appear in your bank account within 2-3 business days.
Private Health Insurance
If you have psychological counselling as an extra on your private health insurance cover you may be eligible for a partial rebate.
It is recommended that you contact your individual insurance provider for further information about your individual coverage.

MindScape Collective has a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. You will receive a reminder text message before your session. If you are not able to attend, you can cancel or reschedule for free 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This gives us enough time to offer your appointment to other clients.
If you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours and it is not an emergency, you will be charged 50% of the full fee for this session. Unfortunately, Medicare and private health insurance do not provide rebates for cancelled or unattended appointments.

The MindScape Collective does not provide assessment reports for Court. However, can provide treatment reports, particularly for individuals who have concerns about their drug and alcohol use. Please contact the team for more information.
